Mike Hessman -  General Manager/Owner

  Mike has been in the Equipment finance Industry for more than 28 years. He has owned and operated his own equipment finance company since 1978. Mike is a graduate of the University of California, Berkley and degreed in Psychology and Geology. He owned and operated his own leasing company for 10 years and has been with Commercial Financial for 14 years. His diverse background in the finance industry allows him to quickly and accurately determine the merits of lease and loan requests submitted for approval and funding. Mike is most proud of his ability to assist the clients of Commercial Financial in obtaining the best possible lease or loan with minimal time consuming phone calls. He is 100% service oriented.

Connie Tirado-  Office Manager

  The key to a successful company is not only dedicated customer service, but also good backroom support. Connie ties it all together. She is a fiercely independent individual dedicated to uncompromising excellence. She came to work for Commercial Financial after graduating from college, where she brushed up on her Accounting and Computer Skills. She previously worked in the construction field for ten years and decided to make a change in her career. She has been with our company since 2002 and works hard each and every day to provide the best service possible to meet our customer’s needs, as well as the goals of the company.

Nancy Simpson – Marketing

      Nancy has been in the Equipment Finance business for over 10 years. Nancy holds a degree in business from Bryant University. Nancy has chosen to focus on the Construction Industry with special emphasis in the Concrete & Septic Sectors. As a prior business owner Nancy understands the need to be relationship driven. Her constant dedication to customer satisfaction has resulted in being named salesperson of the year several times. Nancy is extremely proud of the customer loyalty she has developed due to her constant attention to detail.

Jazzel - Marketing

     Jazzel has been involved in Equipment Financing since 1999.  She brings with her over 20 years of Customer Relations experience. Jazzel has developed a good knowledge  of most business sectors but specializes in the construction industry.
